What's this course about?
When you feel stuck in a complex decision, it can be hard to find the best path forward. Whether indecision is common for you or a sudden experience, getting under the surface is your key to change. The “hard skills” of decision making—the common models and processes—do not eliminate the need for the “soft skills” of decision making—values, managing fears, and understanding polarities. This course will take you deep into what drives –-and hinders—your decision making.
